EDEC ESTABLISHMENT
Energy Development Center, EDEC in short, was established by Mrs. Duong Thi Thanh Luong, the former teacher of Ho Chi Minh University of Technology, the pioneer in wind energy in Vietnam, in October 2011. EDEC’s mission: Raise the awareness of people and the government on the renewable energy needs , which are still under-explored compared with the potential of Vietnam. |
